The B.M.S. Institute of Technology and Management , is a private engineering college in Bangalore , Karnataka , India affiliated to the Visvesvaraya Technological University , Belgaum. It is the sister institution of B M S College of Engineering , a well established government aided engineering college in India.It is situated at a little distance away from Bangalore, in an open and sparsely populated and built area, known as Avalahalli,doddaballapura Main Road, 5 km from Yelahanka town and within a radius of 10 km from Bengaluru International Airport. It is situated on a sprawling & serene campus spread over an area of 18 acres.But recently 2 acres of the College area was seized by Government due to illegal possession since earlier.But when it comes to comparing this college with CMRIT, NHCE, nitte, we can probably choose BMSIT ahead of these colleges.
